**Indicated 9:15am classes are availabile in studio AND virtually via Zoom.  Sign up for the online option through our MINDBODY site and you will receive the link to the Zoom meeting in your registration confirmation email.

A few reminders on our changes for the well-being of students and teachers:

Preregistration is required as we have reduced our capacity to 8 people per class.

The studio will be open ~15 minutes before class and close 10 minutes after to allow our teachers time for extra cleaning. If the door is locked - they may still be switching and cleaning between classes, the safety of our teachers and students is our number one priority!

The yoga room floor is marked for 6+ feet apart between mats - please only place your mats in the designated spaces, with the center of your mat lining up behind our votives.

No towels, mats, or props will be available for rent or borrow.
Please arrive fully changed and ready for class with a full water bottle.

We will be disinfecting common surfaces and running a UV air purifier between classes.

Masks are requested in the lobby and hallway, but once you are on your mat you may remove them for practice. 

Please also wear your mask off your mat as you exit post practice.

If you feel ill or are of questionable health, please stay home. The CDC recommends that you quarantine yourself for a period of 14 days if you experience symptoms or have close contact with someone who has fallen ill.
